What we often forget: through our thought patterns we program our perception and feelings ourselves! We create our everyday life and overlook other, perhaps much better alternatives to our thoughts.

Without realizing it, we regularly conduct self-talks or even self-dialogues with which we would like to insure ourselves or even help. Here it would be important to steer these conversations in the right direction, i.e. to address your powers for self-healing. Specialists speak here of an autosuggestion (Greek-Latin for "self-influence").

In our mental training you will learn how to activate exactly this self-healing. Learn how the power of self-influence through positive thinking works quite simply. Learn more about this simple technique that allows you to be your own helper and therapist by mentally programming yourself to relieve pain, release blockages, and achieve set goals.
